Job brief

We are looking for a competent young Receptionist/Office Clerk to perform various front and back office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Issue offers and invoices
  • Issue order to suppliers
  • Check supplier invoices
  • Organize international shipments
  • Screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience as office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • High flexibility
  • B2 English & B2 German
  • High school diploma
