What You Will Do
You will be actively involved in the sales process, managing quotes, orders, shipments, and coordinating daily operations. You will liaise with clients, accounting, and the quality department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing commercial offers and following up with clients
  • Entering and managing orders; tracking order status and progress
  • Responding to inquiries regarding product availability and delivery timelines
  • Organizing and coordinating international shipments
  • Creating and regularly updating price lists
  • Supporting the accounting team with payment tracking and reminders
  • Managing customer complaints in coordination with the quality department
  • Organizing and participating in international trade shows and events

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B commercial role, ideally in an industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Independent, accurate, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
  • English level C1, German level B2
  • High school diploma, preferably with a technical or administrative focus
