TEQ Workshop
Access to our advanced diagnostic suite.
TEQ Workshop is the software that workshops, vehicle manufacturers and service teams use to diagnose, configure and update TEQ devices. It connects to the devices through TEQ SecureLink, or remotely for vehicles equipped with the diagnostic gateway or with the TEQMonitoring® or BUS Sapiens® fleet management system. It works with both TEQ proprietary protocols and the standard UDS protocol.
What you can do with TEQ Workshop
Real-time diagnostics
Measured values, errors, monitoring of the CAN network and bus load.
Configuration
Reading and editing of device parameters, with project files you can save and reopen.
Programming
Updating the ECU software, with TEQ protocols and UDS.
Data download
Download of recorded data, for example from the Event Data Recorder.

CCS Combined Charging System, EDR Event Data Recorder and more to come.

TEQ SecureLink
The secure link between TEQ Workshop and TEQ devices.
TEQ SecureLink is an active gateway for secure communication, with RS232 and CAN wiring.
Encrypted data
All data is encrypted from the PC to the ECU*, in line with UN ECE R155 and R156 on vehicle cybersecurity.
RS232 and CAN
Besides RS232, it extends connectivity to the CAN bus.
UDS protocol
Programming and diagnostics with the standard UDS protocol.
* End-to-end cryptographic protection requires a compatible ECU with the dedicated software.
